Technology keeps me connected, but it’s the human relationships I build in each place that transform temporary workspaces into meaningful experiences. I’ve learned that slower travel (at least a month per location) prevents burnout and allows me to experience places beyond tourist highlights. This isn’t always the glamorous Instagram lifestyle people imagine, but when done right, it creates something invaluable: a life where work enables adventure rather than preventing it.
